A 'RunnersLife' is different to anything else and takes dedication, commitment and a lot of sacrifices; this site aims to show a piece of this chosen life in a 'fly on the wall' spin off.
RunnersLife is a website Established in 2008 following the life of 1 Runner. In 2009 we expanded to bring you 8 athletes. In 2010 we will follow 9 athletes. We hope to bring you an insight into the lives of runners from around the UK of differing standards. The 9 athletes will also be accompanied by our website contributors who offer information on Sports Science, Physio and coaching.
It is also a fully interactive website where the you can comment and converse with the athletes and contributors on all areas of their input via the comments sections located within the site.
We pride ourselves on being a website that listens to its readers so invite you to join in and feedback.
