Monday - AM - 48 mins steady at 6.20 milng (7.5)
PM - 43 mins brisk @6.02 miling (7)
Tuesday - 40mins easy (6)
6 x 2.1k road loop at Ladywell with 1 and 6 at tempo (6.44, 6.27, 6.24, 6.25, 6.20, 6.34) off 2mins. Felt pretty strong and controlled. (15.5)
Wednesday - 93 mins steady@ 6.20 miling (14.5)
Thursday - AM - 50 mins easy @6.45 miling (7.5)
PM - 45mins 15easy/15steady/15tempo felt quite good on the tempo. Garmin died so no idea how fast it was! (7.5)
Friday - 40mins easy (6)
Saturday - AM - 28mins easy (4)
PM - Hampshire League XC - 1st in 28.29 with 35mins warm down (14)
108.5 miles. Big week but felt pretty good. Happy with the race at the end too - coming together well which bodes well for a good race at Wokingham next week! Won't make any predictions but it's a quick course :P
