Hi Paul! Sorry, I missed this question! I usually run at 7am and 6pm, except for in the winter when it gets dark early and so I nip out of work at 3-4ish to catch the light. I have a full time job 9-6 but live 1 mile form work and so my commute is minimal! I usually get 7-8 hours sleep a night and find I work pretty well off this. Any less and I feel pretty sleepy throughout the day.

I admire your hard work and it obviously pays off. what time are your 2 runs daily? do you have a f/t job? do you go bed early?
