Sunday - 1hr45 along the canal @6.07 miling. Was a bit tired towards the end but was moving fairly quickly so understandable! (17)
Monday - AM - 46mins steady @6.35miling (7.5)
Tuesday - AM - 38mins easy @6.48miling (5.5)
PM - Ladywell river reps 8 x 1100m. 3.21, 3.16, 3.19, 3.14, 3.20, 3.17, 3.23, 3.17. Tired a bit towards end, but first hardish session back so to be expected. (12)
Wednesday - AM - 69mins @6.18 miling (11)
PM - 38mins @6.23 miling (6)
Thursday - AM - 47mins steady @6.19miling (7.5)
PM - 34mins @6.58miling. Had to go late in the dark. (5)
Friday - AM - 47mins steady @6.28miling (7.5)
Saturday - 10 x 1min hills off jog down recovery. Hard work - haven't charged up hills for ages! (8)
87 miles. Started to feel a bit better after the Tuesday session. Think it shocked my legs into action a bit! Fell like I'm pretty much ready to start my marathon specific build up in a couple weeks.
