PM - 12 mins mara pace, 5 x 1k, 12 mins mara pace. All off 1min.  Did with John Hutchins at Battersea. It was SO wet and windy. Not fun at all. The mara pace was 5.07 miling, ks were 2.56, 2.55, 2.56, 2.57, 2.59, 5.07 miling again for mara pace. Found the ks hard, mainly as it was so wet cold and windy. (14)

Saturday - 3 x 10mins Kenyan hills up Primrose Hill. Was about a minute up and averaged 5.50 miling or so. Felt ok. (10)

103 miles. Another good solid week. Legs feel fine after the half. Sessions were difficult because of the weather but didn't feel flat.

Hi Ian,
I'll write about it in my next blog post!
Bryn - yes that was me! I shall message - to be honest this was a one off as I switched my session day but I will definitely message next time!

Weather and kit!

Ben with the recent terrible weather we are experiencing do you recommend/wear waterproof suits, gloves, hats or are you hardcore and believe that these extra layers prevent good performances in sessions?

Battersea

I thought I saw a very bedraggled Moreau leaving Battersea Park last Thursday! (Had 3 x 10 mins Tempo around Park to do) - drop me a message on facebook next time you're at Battersea if you fancy some company or a pacemaker for 80% each rep or something- my local track now. Conditions on Thursday were ridiculous. V. impressed you hit such a good session in that weather. Well done on Wokingham.
