Update

Hi everyone

 

I hope your week has been a good one and training has been going well.

 

Training this week has been ok, bur feeling a little tired after hard training week last week.  I’ve been doing most of my session on my own this week as Owain is still getting treatment for his hamstring injury.  As you know it always feels that little bit harder training by yourself, I think its all in my head though!

 

The toughest session was 12 minutes steady at 5 minute miling pace, with 2 minutes recovery and then 10 minutes at a quicker pace, and then 90 seconds recovery and to finish with 5 mins running.  Even after doing this session a number of times, this was tougher as I done this over the hills on dust and gravel tracks. 

 

 

I doing some different training this week over in sunny Portugal, with a mixture of running and cycling.  I’m looking forward to incorporating the 2 together for a while.  So happy holidays to you all and I’ll update you when I’m back.
