I'm Darren, I have been running since the age of 11 yrs old, I live in Luton, I run for Bedford & County AC ,South of England and i am a England International. I specialise in long distance and cross country, the hillier the course the better! I train seven days a week - on average twice a day and add some circuit training in to the mix for good measure.
