Mon PM 1hr run easy pace 6;30 on the road

Pm Spinning 30 min session

 

Tues Pm 1hr run easy pace on the road

 

Wed Pm 1hr run on the road easy again about 6;30 pace

Pm Circuits 45 min

 

Thurs Pm Easy run on the grass easy same as above

Pm Core work 30 min

 

Fri Pm 1 hr run again easy pace on the road

Pm 30 Spinning easy to loosen legs up

 

Sat Am Session Warm up and down 3k 2min rec ,then 2k rec 2min then 1k on a very tough loop that is used for a 5 k race very hilly

Pm 30 min run easy

 

Sun Am 1hr 45 min run over muitl terrain course easy pace

Pm Spinning 30 min easy

 

Coach decided to give us an easy 5 days after 15 k at parliament hill which to be honest is well needed and plus we haven’t had an easy week since September.
