Help found!!!!!!!!

Since I last wrote about not having anyone to train with what a Billy no mates I am there has been help from above by my team mate from Bedford and county Neilson Hall he heard that Owain had gone away and left me boo and has asked me to jump in on some sessions that he is doing in the next month, which is a relief for me. He also does some stuff with Kev Skinner and Dave Mitchinson so it sounds like just what I need to keep me going.  It has also put a spring in my step now that I haven’t got to do all these sessions by my self cheers Neilson, which sounds good to me

So I will keep you lot updated on how it all goes.

On to another subject  I couldn’t belive that I got some absuse from a couple in a field put it this way they were getting very friendly or just finshed getting friendly well he looked out of breath , he told me to how can I put this something off and said I was a pervert , now I have been called many things in my time but how can I be pervert I was just running though a bloody field anyway the  response was get a bloody room twat,and a few other choice words that I leave you to ponder, what is this world coming too that you cant get away from idiots these days even when you`re out running.
