BERMUDA INTERNATIONAL MILE 3RD 4:20

Felt terrible on warm up -so just did 10mins and thought I was on for a bad one. Pace went out slow so had time to get in the race, and started to feel great! Neil kicked it in 200m out and I followed and felt strong. Didn’t have another gear and thought I crossed the line second, only for a Kenyan to be given it. Wasn’t happy as it cost me some much needed $$$, and normally they have a photo finish- not this year!!

Still how I’ve felt in last few weeks and even tonight I will take 3rd (well 2nd)!! So it shows again how much racing is on instinct and memory. Plus I love running well in Bermuda as the race is amazing and the people have always been very kind to me.

So next year I will be back to finally retain the title number three!
