Clevedon Boxing Day 4mile
CLEVEDON BOXING DAY 4MILE RACE 2ND 19:43
This race over the years has been a great way to gage my winter fitness and the best I have run is 19:07, so I wanted to be close to that as possible. Windy first two miles and already had been dropped my Kevin Haywood. He never came back even though I pulled out a 4:43 last mile. Overall i was a bit disappointed as I never really settled and should have been quicker, but 2nd was an 'OK' position and i can hopefully build on this.
