*Straight into track as snow meant track was shutting.
4th Wednesday 4miles easy 100-200m sprints
*Good session- 10m increase each rep anmd 10secs more recovery starting at 90secs. Last rep 25.3.
5th Thursday Rest 3miles and drills
6th Friday 800m tt 1:53.9 2miles and drills
*Out too fast
7th Saturday 800m tt 1:56.4 paintballing & Pub Golf
*Tired from start.
8th Sunday 45mins easy on bike (last training for a while- but just turning legs after the two time-trials)
9th Monday Rest Rest
10th Tuesday Rest Rest
