Trainingsession 28/02/11 - 03/03/11
Mon - pm 5x3mins with 1min walk in between - pain about 3 out of 10 pm Circuits
Tue - pm 3x5mins with 1 min walk in between - pain about 2 out of 10
Wed - pm 3x5mins with 1 min walk in between - pain about 2 out of 10 pm Physio
Thurs - REST - Walking round London all day for research for my dissertation (did run 10mins for train and couldn't feel anything)
Fri - 20mins no pain pm 30mins on X trainer
Sat - pm 30mins no pain and felt good
Sun - am had planned to do 40mins but pain came on suddenly after 20mins so stopped and walked home. Very frustrating. pm - Swimming - not the session I wanted as wanted a bulky session but ended up doing some speed work. Achilles was ok though.
Kind of feel like I am back to the drawing board now. Feeling down and frustrated about it. Going to try and swim everyday for a bit and keep up a reasonable level of fitness.
