Happy Week :D
Evening, sorry its late!!
I hoped that this week would be a better week... and it has :D I managed light strides on tuesday and a light grass session on saturday, both with little or no reaction in my calf... Very Happy :D
Done most of my runs last few weeks with Jo, which I really enjoy as we just relax, run and chat which usually means we end up laughing all the way through the run!!!
On my session it was just easy relaxed running but faster than I had been running on my runs (striding pace, just stretching and turning the legs over). On the second to last rep liz came over and we decided that through the lack of reaction and my legs felt ok, she wanted me to push this one hard and see how much pressure it can really handle.... my calf was fine, My lungs and heart were not!!! I actually thought I was going to die.... then I realised I still had one more, so once I had had my recovery I started again, this time back at normal pace, but I couldn't move, there was so much lactic, from one little rep. Very long way to go before im near fit again, but this was a very good step in the right direction. I have one more physio appointment next week just check up and see what he thinks as to whether its ok to put it through any gym work and harder running. Fingers Crossed :D
Am feeling positive at the moment about training, need to get my backside in gear in terms of food, early nights etc... but am going to try and focus on that next week and get myself back on track with it all. But to be honest my diet and weight aren't my priority at the moment, just getting back to normal training with hard sessions, being able to get back in the gym and making sure my body doesn't break down again and to do this, I need to make sure my body has the energy it needs in order for it to do this..... MY EXCUSE ANYWAY AND AM STICKING TO IT :D
I got my new phone this week, got sent some new training and racing shoes and paid some bills (Thanks mum and dad, seriously needed and helpful) :D Happy days!!
Sorry again for the short blog, but I really should be getting to bed now, as im starting my kick up the backside with the sleep as soon as .... (am struggling when the alarm goes off in the morning... more than normal anyway)
AND AM SORRY GOOLAB FOR DOING MINE AFTER YOU DONE YOURS, ITS NOT DIRTY TACTICS AS YOU SUGGESTED THE OTHER DAY THAT IT WAS :D I WOULDN'T DO THAT :D... lol!

Jealousy is a terrible trait goolab!!! AND they were amazing but I didn't eat them all myself my flat mates helped me loads :D U need an extra layer up here anyway. -100 at the moment!! Prob not an exaggeration either :D
