monday: am - 5mile
pm - 5mile + gym
Tuesday: am - 5mile
pm - Longer Track Session. felt ok. Bit tired.
Wednesday: am - 5mile
pm - 3mile sustained (HR 173... best ever time for sustained) +warm up and warm down
+ Circuits
Thursday: am - 5mile
pm - Fast track session. Felt really tired, Couldn't get the legs moving
Friday: Gym, No running.
Saturday: - Day off.... Was going to run, but felt too tired when I got home :(
Sunday: am - Speed Endurance Session. Felt stiff and tired, but the times were good, if not faster than asked for.
pm - 6mile
50 - Bit of a messed up week.... struggled with tiredness and travelling, Sort itself out next week.
