PM 5mile with jo + Gym Work
Tuesday: AM 5mile with Laura
PM Long Hills and Track session - Felt good, pushed hard on hills with Morag and Worked well on track but pace was a shock to the legs.
Wednesday: AM 5mile
PM 7mile with jo, felt tired. + Gym work.
Thursday: AM 5mile to work felt ok
PM 7mile (3mile hard in the middle) on the treadmill
Friday: AM 5mile
PM 5mile. felt good, had to hold back on running too fast. + Gym work with Liz.
Saturday: AM Figure of 8 session on the watch. Felt strong, Getting fitter.
PM (Went to watch BUCS Cross Country in Stirling) 5mile
Sunday: AM 8mile with Birmingham Girls
