Full week of training!!!

Morning :D *Pinch Punch First of the month* Noooo I havent left it until today just so I can say that, just making use of an opportunity... As I was watching a film last night and it was too late when it finished. 

Just writing this with a mug of toffee hot chocolate and watching Americas Next Top Model!!! The only complaint I have is that its nearly -100 up here and I have the heating on full :( and im missing home a bit too !! But otherwise everything is good :D

As I said this week has been really good, i've done a full week of training including sessions,a sustained run and an S&C session, which I have no reactions from so far apart from being sore after thursdays S&C Session which was my first for a few weeks, but I kind of expected it for that reason but it was still really bad, hopefully after todays gym work I wont feel so bad for the next few days :D. I hope next week is as good in terms of training, as its a similar mileage week, so legs should feel abit better.. fingers crossed!!!

I had a long run yesterday which I really enjoyed but beforehand I was wondering where to do it so I got Laura to show me the trail that runs just behind the beach which I really enjoyed because I hate the long runs I used to have to do on the roads around Carnoustie, so this was a nice break and it was a really nice day, so I think im going to do this route of a sunday morning as it was kinder on the legs and the view was good all the way through, apart from the threat of potentially being eaten by a badger - Laura made me run over every badger hole that there was :D.

Good news though about my calf, im not feeling it at all after any runs or sessions at the moment, so it looks like its all better :D Just general tightness, but the same in both legs!!! Me and Liz are just going to crack on with the mileage and train really hard for a few weeks, and see what state that leaves me in, hopefully good for the track season and maybe come out in April for something, but nothing has been discussed yet, I will of course keep you updated as to my fitness and plans for the next few months!

Ive had a few people comment and ask me if I think im increasing my workload too quickly, and I must admit I did get a bit snappy about it, Im sorry!!! I would just like to say though that I do know my body really well and im only doing what I know it can handle in terms of what reaction I am getting after training and so far so good, Just trial and error.

Its not a long blog, im sorry but not alot happens to me in a week apart from working, training and relaxing with my flatmates whilst watching good movies and eating cadburys out of business.... AND ITS MY BIRTHDAY IN 36 days :D woop!
