Monday - am: 5mile
              pm: 7mile with Jo off road felt tired

Tuesday - Track session : Couldn't complete, had a bad problem with my stomach cramping up and had to stop - Not happy!!!

Wednesday - am: 5mile felt tired!
                   pm: 8mile with Jo off road felt awful! very tired!

Thursday - am: 5mile felt really really bad, struggled to put one foot in front of the other the whole way.
                pm: 5mile (supposed to be 7 but again was soooo tired, couldnt move) + Light gym work after nothing heavy.

Friday - am: 5mile

Saturday - am: Session in Birmingham - 2min, 4min, 6min, 8min, 4min, 4min - Felt good felt strong! 
               
pm: WATCHED BIRMINGHAM INDOOR GRAND PRIX

Sunday - am: 60minutes with kate on birmingham canals
