Back to Basics

Hi

After a week struggling to prepare for the Edinburgh cross it ended up being an ok performance. Cross country has never been my strongest surface. So the priority post race was to make sure the injury hadn't worsened and try to get back to full fitness. Happily the race didn't cause any damage and the next day I was still able to run...

So last week it was back to full training and the hard work..At the weekend we had a get together for all the new 'Nike Ambassadors'. Its such a privelidge to be invited and to be a part of this and I am very greatful. A huge thanks to Pete Riley and Adam Sutton for sorting it all out. It was really good to catch up with a few friends I haven't seen for ages and get an insight into 'Nike'. After a long run with the group on Sunday morning and slipping over in the mud, we finished off and I had a long drive home back down south with co-pilot Neil Gamester!

So thats it for now

Thanks for the read

Drapes

P.S. Great run in Bermuda lads..Good luck in the mile.
