No matter who it is, if someone leaves a training group its not the same. Something seems like its missing!! You know, when the Christmas decorations are taken down after a month of Christmas, the walls just don't seem right!! It's the same with a training group. It could be the banter from the younger developing athletes who always keep you on your toes waiting for the chance to take you out in a session or (as in our case) it could be the lead man, they all make a difference in their own ways.

Badders is off to Austrailia so on Tuesday night after training we went out for something to eat in a small Italian in Datchet for his send off. Awsome place, they cater for everything we need but the best thing is they can put up with some of Hobdales banter..brilliant

Today was cool, I was invited down to Nike Town for a day in the V.I.P area of NikeID. What a place. Man the guys working in there are cool as Fook. Limited addition trainers, colours and fabrics in as many designs as you can think of, a designer to help out on designing your own trainers, Lunch, and all for free!! Can't get much better than that!!
