The Track Is Where It's At

First things first, I’ve got to apologise for the lack of blogidge recently. The combination of being away from home and my computer being sick is the reason for the lack of posts. However I’m back now and the old confuser has been fixed so I’m back in the game.

This time of year is great, my favourite time for training. I hope everyone’s prep for the track season has gone well and you’re ready to race. I’ve caught a couple of results already this year, the Loughborough Int and Stretford and as always they had some good races.

I’m ready to race now and looking forward to it. This is where all the hard winter months pay off and you hopefully perform well. I’m running the 1500m at the Manchester BMC this Sat night as my first outing of the year. Training has been good, very different to previous years so we shall have to wait to see how it goes.

Well that’s about it for now, good luck to those racing and I’m sure I’ll see a lot of you up there in Manchester.
