This weekend past was an interesting one. As Skins was selected for the world cross he was staying down at the Great Britain training camp in Aldershot and Gammer and I were asked to come down and join up with the group and add to the numbers for the session on sat morning. This was fine by me and we met up on sat morning down on the military camp and got ready for the grass session. As it was with all the athletes having their own agendas training wise it ended up just us three cracking out the grass session on our own. This was perfect as it was just our normal group doing our normal thing just with a change of scenery.

Once the session was done and dusted we ate and chilled out in the awesome weather on the military base. It was good to catch up with some old faces I haven’t seen in ages and then it was out for the second run of the day. After that Gammer and I were done and we were off back to north London.
