Trainingsession Week Ending 12th April 2009
Monday 6th April: Day off due to Injury (Calf/Achilles)
Tuesday 7th April: Day off due to Injury (Calf/Achilles)
Wednesday 8th April: Day off due to Injury (Calf/Achilles)
Thursday 9th April: Run 3 miles at the track just jogging, leg not too bad. I am on heavy anti-inflams so they are helping
Friday 10th April: Run 35 mins easy. Felt very sluggish, leg was ok although just started to tighten up a little in last 5 mins.
Saturday 11th April: Day Off-James Wedding and let the leg calm down again after yesterday
Sunday 12th April: Run 1 hour steady. Felt better and leg ok, just starting to tighten up last 5 mins but it was fine and massive progress compared to how it has been feeling.
