Trainingsession Week Ending 26th April 2009

Monday 20th April:            Run 1 hour easy.  Felt tired.

Tuesday 21st April:            am: Run 30 mins easy

                                    pm: Track 2k, mile, 1200, 800, 400 off 2 mins. (5.43, 4.37, 3.27, 2.10, 57)  Was not too bad, on my own and was windy so pretty pleased with the session, nothing drastic just solid.

Wednesday 22nd April:       Run 1 hour steady.  Was quite tough so didn´t push it, just took it easy 

Thursday 23rd April:           am: Run 30 mins easy

                                     pm:  10 x 200 off 2 mins (26.5, 26.9, 26.6, 26.4, 26.4, 26.9, 26.5, 26.4, 26.8, 26.5)  Felt flat and fighting the whole way, although a good starting point for me.  Need to get used to the speed and become more relaxed.  On own.

Friday 24th April:              Run 1 hour steady.  Felt a little heavy but probably from last night.  Flew to Switzerland.

Saturday 25th April:           Went for an hour Mountain Bike, then did 10 x 1min hill.  Was great.  Tough but really pleased with the session.  Weather was fantastic, all off road in the middle of nowhere.  Really enjoyed it.

Sunday 26th April:             Run 80 mins.  Felt pretty good, really enjoy running on these trails and the time goes so quickly when the run is not boring!
