Monday- 30 mins easy. First run for a while, legs felt a bit weird
Tuesday- 30 mins easy. Legs still a bit weird
Wednesday- Throat was bad so took a rest
Thursday- Throat was still bad so rested
Friday- Throat bad
Saturday- Throat bad
Sunday- Throat was better so did 40 mins easy
14 mile week
30/8/10-5/9/10
Monday- 40 mins easy. Felt good
Tuesday- 45 mins easy. Fine
Wednesday- 45 mins steady
Thursday- 50 mins steady
Friday- 50 mins steady
Saturday- 1 hour steady
Sunday- 1 hour steady
54 mile week
