Monday- 62 mins with core work. Did 6:41 miling at 141bpm. Felt a bit tired.
Tuesday- Track session of 200, 200, 400 x3. Did 27, 27, 56, 28 then had to stop because I felt so tired and didn't want to carry on.
Wednesday- 52 mins easy with core work. Felt ok.
Thursday- Tempo session of 3x10 mins off 2 mins recovery. Averaged 5:18 miling, 5:20 miling (173bpm) and 5:23 miling (174 bpm). Was a very hard session and I was really hanging on throughout, felt completely drained after the first one.
Friday- 49 mins easy with core work. Not too bad.
Saturday- Tried to do 10x400m off a min recovery. I managed to do 61, 60, 60, 60, 61 and after that couldn't take anymore and had to stop. Felt very tired.
Sunday- 70 mins easy. Felt average.
49 mile week
Monday- 60 mins easy with core work. Was a bit tired.
Tuesday- Rest
Wednesday- Rest
Thursady- Rest
Friday- Rest
Saturday- 15 mins cross training and very light core
Sunday- 30 mins steady. Felt really good, didn't feel stale at all.
