Phil Nicholls is one of Britain's leading 10k runners having run 28mins 40secs already, he trains with other resident RunnersLife athletes Steve Sharp and Nick Goolab at his base in Birmingham and is club mate of other Runnerslife athlete Ryan McLeod at Tipton Harriers. Current GB international Phil Nicholls has represented Great Britain twice at the World Cross Country, Kenya 2007 and Jordon 2009.
