Trainingsession Day Eight- Costa Del Wolvo Camp

AM- 40 mins

Funnily enough i hadnt planned to run this morning- I was going to have an easy day today after last weeks fairly high miles-- but guess i just wanted to run----well that and the fact that the mrs wanted me to start work on the back garden.. i was out the door faster than you could imagine!! Thats one thing that a good block of training does for you- it sets you up mentally and physically to really crack on with the training, and makes you want to keep upping the ante each week. The run was an easy one, just a leg loosener off road.

PM- 60 mins

Ran with mart williams again (If i manage to get the blog up later I will go in to more detail about mart and how we train together etc). Did an off road loop around farmers fields (Running is great by where i live, the fields on this farm have paths that run around them, so its great for the legs on recoverey runs). Weather has been great today, and we were gonna go longer but I dont want to over cook it this week, so backed off a bit. Pace wasnt anything fantastic- just a good 60 mins on the feet on undulating ground. Another solid day of miles.
