I very easy week!, I have 2 more big weeks before 'race season' begins for me so didn't want to go into it tired so took the opertunity to chill out a bit and let the body rest. It wasn't planned to be this at the start of the summer but having felt really tired at the Norwich 5k we felt the previous 2 blocks with very high mileage for me was very tough so we felt that maybe the body just needed a bit of recovery rather than killing myself.
Obviously it was nice to get a personal best in the 3k and really enjoyed it as it is not really something I am aiming for, so there wasn't any real pressure.
