A Run With Simon (with pics and music!)
I thought I would take you on a run with me with some pics of my run and backround music (one of the things on my itouch), of course its not quite the same but close enough...also to show george the terrain for when I tell him I can't quite do the times he asked for during the run! So sit back....play the track and enjoy the run.
Take That - How did it come to this

2minutes in...hit the cross roads, quick desicion...go right!

Quick check of the rules as I enter the Nature Reserve, note to self....no guns and dont set any tents on fire!

Quiet sandy trails, so far so good...moutains in the backround.

Left or Right under the M4...to late, I'm going left!

Bit of history lesson on the way...old Kenfig Castle before the sand storm covered the village

nearly 20minutes in, yet more sand and never ending trails...still yet to come accross the arch enemy...a dog!

Finally hit the sea, where I do some sessions and pretend to be Rocky (Rocky III) and never tire of seeing it.

Left the beach today and stayed on the trail, starting to feel bit lonely now.

Hang a left into....the dunes again of course, where else! follow the yellow sandy trail and look out for a scarecrow, tinman and lion!

Leaving the dunes behind I ran through a short cut and do a sub 4min mile incase any aliens jump out like in the Mel Gibson film.

Made it through the scary corn field, only a few fields to go....'never forget' take that track now on, classic!

O what a surprise...sheep! who would of thought it in Wales. Hang a left at the end of the field and I will be back home.
So that's an 8mile run over Kenfig, a scary corn field and a few fields. I hope you enjoyed the run. I am lucky where I live with so many trails and nice places to run, and I don't know about you but there is no better run than when you see no one for 50minute run!

Great to get an insight into where you run and the different terrain you cover. Great blog, outside of the box thinking. Great stuff.
