Its all go here on RunnersLife with the addition of two new guys, we all know Darren for his exploits (and indecent exposure) on the country and Ben from his days with the 'Vero Project' so am looking forward to reading about their training and thoughts...not to mention getting the feelings of an Aldershot runner after they get spanked again in the south and national relays.

So like a phoenix from the flames RunnerLife is again up and running and at one point it didn't look like it would happen. When It died it was a sad day for all, and I didn't think it would come back so we put up some writing a sad song and....well I just carried on with other stuff. I heard a bit of stuff about the website for a few days, some happy it was gone! (I know I who wouldn't like the site) but just to nark that one person I thought it would be funny to maybe leave it hanging so then put another video up saying it might one day come back, even though I didn't think it would.

Luckily apart from that one person who doesn't like the site there were people who did want it back and we were contacted by a few different sources. So after a chat and a cup of tea with Aaron and Dan we decided to see if there was a way of getting it back, We even ended up in London on a Wednesday lunchtime in a little café talking to someone with a wealth of knowledge who could be of some help to us.

The fact I am writing this means and your reading it of course means it is back and in a better state than before! Hopefully in the next few weeks/months more will become clear on where the site is going and you can enjoy site along the way.

Of course I couldn't leave without having a go at someone as that's what I do! So this week I want to question a guy in a green and white vest a the Solihull race who felt the need to elbow, push, and kick most of the field at the 3k 'B' race....why he didn't just go around the outside rather than try to run through people in lane one is beyond me (he must of seen 5/6guys in his way). I have no idea of his name and don't care to really (didn't see him after the race), just thought he was a bit of a prat really....O and I know longer like Matt Almond, just coming past me like that on the last lap was bang out of order, I thought we were mates!!!
