So Nick is back home with the Queen in Windsor and has put in some good work over the week for the London Triathlon next weekend, I will email Marc Jenkins and tell him to go easy on the 'The Bull'.

I am sure some don't think I am doing the right thing being with nick and should get a 'proper' coach who has been to all the courses and got all the badges on his/her t-shirt but for me I wouldn't leave Nick and don't think he would leave me, the relationship works very well and so far together we have gone from 31mins to 29.41 and 69mins to just under 66mins for the half and don't see any reason why this cant continue....and sure there will be lots more mistakes on the way! We have become more mates over the 4years as someone once said "Success is a journey not a destination" and that is more important to me.

So as Nick leaves Lee comes home....she has been away (again!) getting a sun tan and it will be all go when she returns as we seriously need to get some stuff for the new house like fridge, sofa, bed as its only around the corner now. I went over to see the house with Nick on Friday and its just a case of putting in shower, kitchen, floors etc, but the house is build and sorted. The date for exchanging contracts has been sounded out around 1^st of September but with the Bristol Half on the following weekend I won't be moving till the week after, I don't plan on lugging boxes all week before a big week so the house warming party will have to wait.
