Trainingsession Week Edning 7th February, '10
Monday - 7mile easy run + aqua jog - steady (above 155 HR) 40mins
Tuesday - Aqua jog session, 10x2mins...min rec + 4mile easy run
Wednesday - Aqua jog - 1hour steady
Thursday - 6mile easy run + aqua jog session - 30x30secs, 45 sec recovery
Friday - Swim
Saturday - 3mile run + Aqua Jog - steady 40mins
Sunday - Bike Ride - 2-3hours.

good stuff mate i know x-training can be tough but when you start running competitively again youll be glad u did it!!!
