Felt awful on Monday so glad I got something done by the end of the week really. Thursday was just to see how bad I was and luckily I didn't seem too bad so did another light-ish session on Saturday and although breathing was a bit effected and tired legs the times weren't terrible and didn't finish feeling exhausted. That's the way it goes sometimes and hopefully I played it right as you never know how long to leave it after a bout of illness.
