All a bit random! have to take it day by day really. I managed a session on the beech Thursday actually running in the water for extra cushioning under foot which felt good so hope to do that again. Still getting treament and waiting for Xray and MRI scan. Will continue best I can for now. Think I did a little to much sunday and sore rest of the day!
