Loughborough 3k

Loughborough 3k - 8:23(9th)

Another ok race. Weather was pretty rubbish and apart from Mellor and Vernon going out hard, everyone else pretty much jogged the first 2k, although Goose and Hay tried to go off pretty hard and suffered a bit later on. Still struggling to find a finish at the end of races, but hopefully some more quality training will help that. I will revert back to some of the sessions is was getting off Alan Storey a few years back as they seem to work really well.

May run the 1500 at Trafford a week on Tuesday and then its the 5k at Sports City.
