Middlesex Cross - Winner
1STTTTTTTTTTTTTT.
Who said that I was crap at Cross Country.
7.5 miles of mud, more mud, Hills, and then a bit more mud.
The plan was to go off easy then run the last lap hard, but I eased away at the start and just kept going. I felt really good in the last mile and if pushed could have won by more. Its a shame there where a few good guys missing because of the Southerns next week, but I would like to think I would have beaten them.
I have emailed Spenny and asked to be pre selected for the World Cross.
So Goolab's last Cross race he finished 2nd and I have just finished 1st....................Nick you must respect the respected.
