Trainingsession 14th July - 20th July
Monday
PM: 60 steady – felt pretty good.
Tuesday
PM: Track – 800, 1 mile with 50m hard, 50 m float, 800, lap recovery between sets, 2:12 for 800’s
Wednesday
PM: 45 felt fine although legs a little stiff
Thursday
PM: 40 with strides in the middle
Friday
PM: 35 easy, stung by wasp and almost cried
Saturday
AM: Race – DNF – Fell over with 450m to go, gutted, I was going so well
Sunday
AM: 52 easy, stopped after 3 minutes due to real bad cramp in left hamstring, must have been due to fall. I managed to run very easy although the hammy was sore in the afternoon.
