Monday

 

PM: 60 steady - felt pretty good.

 

Tuesday

 

PM: Track, 1 mile, lap jog, 2 * 1k 4 min rec, 3 * 1k 75 seconds recovery. Great session ran with Milesy and Webby, times - 4:26, 2:40, 2:37 and then 2:48,47,46 for the last 3.

 

Wednesday

 

PM: 60 steady - felt fine although legs a little stiff.

 

Thursday

 

PM: 15 min tempo, 8 * 200, 15 min tempo - felt great running 5:15'on grass.

 

Friday

 

PM: 60 steady - feel ok.

 

Saturday

 

AM: Grass - 2 * 8 minutes hard, ran on local grass course which is not super fast due to tight turns, but still hit 4:44 pace for both reps.

 

PM: Easy 5 miles with the Milesy's

 

Sunday

 

AM: 1:15 with 20 minute tempo in the middle. Felt sore at the start but then settled into the tempo and felt pretty good.

 

Great weeks training and felt that things are slowly getting back to the good old days.
