Tuesday
AM: 30 easy - felt a little flat, although it was pretty early
PM: 40 easy - felt much better, kept in easy though
Wednesday
AM: 60 steady with Milesy + weights
Thursday
AM: 30 easy
PM: 40 Steady - 5:55 pace
Friday
PM: 35 very easy, tempo tomorrow
Saturday
AM: Linsday Dunn came down from Newcastle to monitor and Nicholls tempo test - 20 minutes at pulse - felt ok.
Sundao
AM: 75 steady - 6:18 pace - felt great
