PM: 60 easy, felt fine after 3k Yesterday
Tuesday
PM: Track session - 1 mile, lap jog, 10*400 off 200 jog in 75 seconds. 4:34 and alternate 65/61 for the 400's. Felt really good and ran session on my own.
Wednesday
AM: 35 steady
PM: 50 steady with pick up last 3 miles - 5:45,5:20,5:18
Thursday
AM: 40 Easy
PM: 40 Steady with Milesy, pissed down
Friday
PM: 60 steady
Saturday
AM: Track session - 2k, 30 rest, 2k, 30 rest, 1k 30 rest, 1k 30 rest, 5*400 30 rest - bloody hard session with Nicholls who is flying. ran 5.55,5.50,2.52,2.57 and 63's for the 400's, felt pretty good.
PM: 30 Easy
Sunday
AM: 70 steady - felt ok and will be racing Tuesday
