PM: 60 steady - felt pretty good.

 

Tuesday

 

PM: Light run with strides as racing tomorrow.

 

Wednesday

 

PM: Loughbororugh 3k - 8:19, felt rubbish and struggled after 3 laps - very down.

 

Thursday

 

PM: 60 steady - feel ok.

 

Friday

 

PM: 60 steady - feel ok, still down in the dumps.

 

Saturday

 

AM: Track - 3 X 6 laps tempo on the track - 78 pace (rep 1), 75 pace(rep 2), 72 pace (rep 3) - felt ok, although pulse was higher than expected.

 

Sunday

 

AM: Tempo - 3 X 12 minutes on road. Weather was rubbish, so averaged around 5:20 pace.
