Monday
PM: 60 steady - felt pretty good.
Tuesday
PM: Light 20 tempo run on grass - windy and muddy - 5:06,5:12,5:15,5:16 - felt good and just ran correct HR zones.
Wednesday
PM: 60 felt fine, around 6:30 pace
Thursday
PM: 6 steady run - 5:42 pace
Friday
Rest day - at hospital and doctors most of the day, really stressed out
Saturday
AM: Track session - 4 sets of 400 30 seconds rest 200 - 60.8,28,60.2,28,59.2,28,59.2,28 - good session
PM: 30 minute run(6:30 pace) with Nicholls, though he moaned about the pace the hole way - tut tut
Sunday
AM: 11 miles steady - 6:33,6 :26,6:35(hill),6:27,6:16,6:16,6:08,6:03,6:03,6:15,6:32(cool down mile), felt pretty good, maybe run a little fast though
Really pleased with the weeks training, apart from Fridays day off. I have been given the all clear to carry on running although the Cardo specialist will pass my results onto his partner who does a lot of work in Sports Medicine to have a look at. Lindsay has really cut my training back and I do feel much better for it. I may run a few 1500's and a 3k and then start getting reeady for a few road races.
