Trainingsession 22nd June - 28th June
Monday
PM: 60 steady - felt pretty good.
Tuesday
PM: Track - 1 mile 4:46, lap jog, 1 mile 4:30, lap jog, 8*200 in 30 with 30 recovery, lap jog, 800 hard in 2:01, lap jog, 3 * 200 in 28 - great session and felt good on the 800.
Wednesday
PM: 60 steady - felt fine although legs a little stiff.
Thursday
PM: Tempo - 2 mile in 10:15, 3 mins recovery, 1k in 2:45, 3 mins recovery, mile in 5 mins - felt ok, maybe to hard before Saturday
Friday
PM: 30 steady - feel ok
Saturday
AM: Race - DNF, Felt rubbish, trained to hard and paid the price.
Sunday
AM: 1:15 - tired and down.
PM: 25 easy - felt much better
Trained far to hard and paid the price on Saturday. Legs are a mess and need to get back to feeling fresh before the season is over - worried.
