Race:  Trafford 1500 - 3:55.21 - 2rd

 

Wednesday

 

PM: 60 steady - felt pretty good and ran around 6:10/15 pace

 

Thursday

 

PM: 20 warm up, 8 laps of footie pitch - stride length and jog width

 

Friday

 

PM: 30 minutes easy - recovery run, feel ok

 

Saturday

 

Race: Manchester 5k - 14:25

 

Sunday

 

AM: 60 steady - felt ok, though it was very hot
