T:   am 60 Steady with Nicholls & Goolab,                     
  pm 12 * 45 seconds hill on treadmill(15% grade)                  
F:  am 65 Steady                        
S:   am8 * 3 mins - 20 seconds - 1 min, 90 between sets. Trained with Nicholls and Williams - great session - all under 3 min k pace on the grass.
S:  80 steady
