PM: 60 steady - felt pretty good.
Tuesday
PM: Tempo 10 minutes and 5 beats under threshold, 10 minutes at threshold and then 5 minutes 5 beats under - ran 5:15 pace for the hole 25 minutes
Wednesday
Rest - Returning back from Ireland
Thursday
AM: 5 Miles with Spenny
PM: 30 steady - 5:31 pace
Friday
PM: 60 easy - no garmin today as I wanted to run easy
Saturday
AM: Track - 1600, 1200, 800, 400 off 3 minutes - 4:23, 3:15, 2:05, 59.
Sunday
AM: 75 steady, felt ok
A pretty good week, though there was not much mileage due to the fact I may have a few 1500's before the end of the season.
