  pm hill session on treadmill, weather was crap      
W: am 60 Steady            
T:   pm 5 * 1,45,30 seconds reps - 30 seconds recovery    
F:  am25 Steady            
S:   Middlesex cross country champs - 1st - won easy and felt great  
S:  65 steady - legs went at 63 mins, must be from running hard 7 miles on ice etc.....
