So what do you all think of the new website? Look's great from where I am sitting - well done boys.

Not to sure if i have been promoted or demoted though.

So what's been happening in Sharpvile..........................  

We had a great 8 days break in Northern Ireland with Maria's parents, drunk and ate way to much, played some golf, and trained pretty hard. Talking about golf, we played on the sister course to the world famous Royal County down. Now i can hit a ball pretty well, but don't get much chance to play due to running and being married. So there i was on the 5th tee, 127 yard par 3,  picked a 7 iron out the bag, lined up and gave the ball a nice clean strike. "In the hole" was the cry from one of my competitors and would you believe it, the ball bounced on the green and rolled straight in the hole - everyone was cheering and high fives where flying around. I had my scoring card signed and will frame the ball - what a day.

Running wise i have trained really well over the break(check logs), also ran the Sale 5 which went pretty well considering we ran over 1k on ice. Will be looking forward to getting some more hard training in and trying to run a few PB's in the coming Month's. Not to sure what I will be going for in 2009, 5k seems the only real option as Half's and Marathons are way to long.

Anyway I will be posting as much as possible on here, and hope to be the most popular athlete - remember I don't have a best friend yet, so keep the hits up.
