Well its been a very busy 2 weeks or so since my last post.

I will start with the athletics. Training has gone really well for both me and Gooolab, we have put in some really tough sessions and seem to be both going well. I ran a pretty swift time in the Armagh 5k and Gooolab won the National cross looking easy by all accounts. He has made an amazing break through this winter and i hope he continues this into the inter counties and books his place on the plane to Jordon. I will then let him have a small break before running in the relays. I will be running the Trafford 10k in a few weeks and then will focus on getting ready to beat Jonesy again in both relays.

Me & Maria also booked our warm weather training trip to Portugal last month, though only just found out that the lovely Maria booked the "Auramar" instead of the "Alfamar" hotel. So we made the booking change and ended up going to the Stella Maris after being told by Spenny that it was much nicer than Alfamar, and only just around the corner.

Other news........

I know its very very early and some of you already know, but all going well there should be a little Sharpy running around in October. Maria is almost 6 weeks pregnant and we are both really excited. Belgrave have already sent some forms to be filled out and Brooks are going to make some baby clothes.

Well done to Sp8y and Draper for selection for the Euro indoors. Go and give your best guys.................

Jonesy will be staying at mine for a few days and we are hoping to get a training video off me whipping his skinny arse in a session on Saturday, so keep posted.
